We collect account information (name, email, billing details) and site data you connect to WP Kavach (URLs, uptime status, scan results, backup metadata) needed to provide the service.
We use collected data to operate the monitoring, security and backup services, send alerts you've configured, process billing, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are stored in isolated cloud storage separate from your hosting provider.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate WP Kavach (e.g. cloud storage, email delivery, payment processing), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@wpkavach.com.
